LUBRICATE TO REDUCE FRICTION

There is wear and tear, there is friction and there is that grinding sound or motion that keeps coming at you like a battering ram.

Every Entrepreneur must learn that just like you do to your machines in other to prevent wear and tear, to reduce friction, we must lubricate. Grease up our businesses and all its functional units to ensure that they run smoothly. In a production / manufacturing company if one machine runs down it affects the rate of production of that company. It is the same for every business, if one unit is down it affects all other units.

Just as there are different makes of lubricants for machineries, so also are their different lubricants (strategy for development and growth) for every business.
